ACE Newsletter - Week 23

Hello ACE families,

Term 3 is off and running! Remember to complete the state assessment sign up if your child is in 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 11th grade. English Language Arts (ELA) testing is April 28-29. Math testing is May 26-27. Science testing is only for 5, 8, & 11th grades. Testing can be combined if you’re going to be gone one of these weeks, or if you need alternate dates, please let me know. Remember the state assessments provide schools with valuable information showing academic growth and areas we need to improve our curriculum. State testing allows us the opportunity to continue to provide the services and funds we benefit from via our state and district. Thank you for your help in making sure we complete our school’s requirements. If you didn’t get your testing link last week, please let me know.

In addition, the next break week will include the Spring Recital, STEAM Fair, and Academy Ball on Friday, May 1, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the gym. For Recital participants, the required dress rehearsal is Thursday, April 30, 2 p.m. STEAM Fair set up is also at the same time (2-4 p.m.).

A flyer is attached to the weekly HLAs with additional information about these events (entrance/check in, schedule, and dress code). You can access the flyer here as well: drive.google.com/file/d/1XpHCoyikJM6WTJ5ljn7ke---WkdLtREz/view?usp=sharing

We would love more volunteers (parents and older students) to assist with the Academy Ball décor. Please email Mrs.Campbell@ACEClassicalEd.org if you are available to help with set up or tear down for this event.

ACE Newsletter - Week 20

Hello ACE families,

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year has begun! Currently enrolled families will receive an email from Mrs.Morris@ACEClassicalEd.org with the link to update your child’s registration form. Updating enrollment for the next school year is a quick process. If you are enrolling a sibling, the link to that enrollment form is also included in your email. If you don’t receive the registration link to your ACE email account, check your junk/spam folder. Let me know if you still can’t locate it, so this can be re-sent. ACE pre-registration to the general public begins at the end of this month, so securing your class spot now is very helpful in our planning stages for next year.

ACE Newsletter - Week 14

Hello ACE families,

We so appreciate our partnership with our families! ACE is unique in that we only have the opportunity to work with your students 30% (K-8) or 45% (9-12) of the days they are schooling each week. During the time on campus, our primary role is to teach new concepts and information. This means that the rest of your child’s education- the practice of concepts, the reviewing and correcting of mistakes- is done at home, under parent/guardian watch. Regarding this topic, Mrs. Hinkle sent out a thorough review of math grading policies yesterday. Kindly take a look and reach out if you have any questions. We’re all invested in your child’s success. Go team ACE!
