No School

In observance of Veterans’ Day, there is no school on November 11/Tuesday, Week 8. Students will receive Week 7 HLAs on 11/4 and Week 8 HLAs on 11/6. Week 8 HLAs will also be attached to next week’s Monday newsletter.

Fun Club Dress Code

Students should not change clothes for Fun Clubs. The only exception to this is students in the Wheels Club; however, they still need to be in ACE dress code. Please stop by the uniform room if you need ACE casual attire (shorts, t-shirt, hoodie) to wear during Wheels Club.

Wheels Club Volunteer

We would love another adult to ride or walk with the Wheels Club participants to the park or around the block. Let Mr. Peters know if you’re available.

Silent Art Auction

Thank you for submitting your wonderful art pieces. The bidding has ended, and the winners will be contacted this week to arrange payment and pick-up.

SIF Due Date

This month’s SIF due date is 4:30 p.m. on November 6. Drop off hard copies of the SIF coversheet and receipts stapled to the cover sheet (receipts stapled in order). Fill out the Direct Deposit form once; it remains valid each year unless you switch banks. Complete the online waiver per instructional activity your child/children are taking this year (only needs completed once a year).

Parents‘ Night Out

Are you needing a night out to go gift shopping or have a date night? Student Council has you covered! On Friday December 12 from 5-8 p.m., Student Council will be hosting a fun night at ACE. The event will include a pizza and veggie dinner, movie with snack pack, and a craft. Registration is open to ACE students and siblings only; children must be between the ages of 5 to 18.
