Hello ACE families,

We’re so close to the end of the school year that we’ve begun to prep for the Year End party on Thursday, June 4. More details will be coming soon about this event. In the meantime, we are looking for donations of fake flowers, ivy, and other greenery for decorations.

Fun Clubs Ending Soon

Next Tuesday, Week 27, May 19 will be the last Fun Club of the year. There will be NO after school clubs on June 2.

SIF

The final SIF deadline for the year is Thursday, June 4. All SIF forms can be found here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/19GHYqnBJnL_d4ZEif2n56mtDUCNkA3EL?usp=share_link

To locate your available funds on Google Drive, type in your last name and the word “SIF” and your SIF file should pop up. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Typing Rewards

The list of students below have earned their typing t-shirts and can stop by the uniform room to pick these up beginning on Tuesday. Typing t-shirts may be worn on Tuesday, Week 28 instead of the regular uniform top! Congrats to all the typers that met their class goal!

Year-End Info. (Event Overview)

Wednesday, June 3, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.- Year End party set up
Thursday, June 4, 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. Year End party (costumes encouraged or wear school uniform; bring a lunch!!)
Saturday, June 6, 11:00 a.m. Graduation. Congrats to Ana, Diaae, Henry, Jeese, Joyce, Kai, Nicole, and Vivienne!
Tuesday, June 9- NO SCHOOL!! Teacher Inservice only.
Thursday, June 11- HALF DAY, 8:45 a.m. - noon; Year-End program dress rehearsal. No uniform required; please wear modest attire.
Friday, June 12- Year End program (6:30 p.m. @ ACE); Uniform required. All Pre-Grammar – Rhetoric students will be performing, and Character Fair projects and speeches will be presented.
June 16 & 18- AIMs/Parent teacher conferences. No uniform required.
July 7, 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon- Summer Class. No uniform required.
August 4, 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon- Summer Class. No uniform required.
September 1- Parent Orientation.
