Apr 6, 2026
Hello ACE families,
Welcome to spring term! As usual, this is a busy and exciting time in our school year. During the next break week, we have our first round of state assessments planned (3-8 & 11th grade only). Scheduling links will be sent out from FA.Admin@aceclassicaled.org on Wednesday, April 8 to sign up for the time that best fits your schedule.
In addition, the next break week will include the Spring Recital, STEAM Fair, and Academy Ball on Friday, May 1, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the gym. For Recital participants, the required dress rehearsal is Thursday, April 30, 2 p.m. STEAM Fair set up is also at the same time (2-4 p.m.). To participate in the Recital or STEAM Fair, complete the registration form by April 9: forms.gle/nCTMgyax4C5zsLEp6 We are looking forward to seeing the amazing talent our ACE students have!
A flyer is attached with additional information about these events (entrance/check in, schedule, and dress code). Also, we always need extra volunteers to assist with the Academy Ball decor. Please email Mrs.Campbell@ACEClassicalEd.org if you are available to help with set up or tear down for this event.
Pre-Registration for next year has begun.
To reserve your place, please complete the registration form sent out before spring break. If you didn’t receive your registration link, let me know and that can be re-sent. If you know for sure that your child will not attend ACE next school year, please go ahead and complete the ACE Withdrawal Form and post-date it for the last day of school on 6/12/26.
ACE Info Night

ACE East Coast Trip & Fundraiser
We are gearing up for the 2027 trip to Philadelphia and D.C.! Dialectic 3, 4 & Rhetoric students can begin raising funds by working at the Eugene Marathon water station on April 26. We need students and parents for this fun and exciting fundraiser. There are just a few remaining spots for the trip and the fundraiser. Contact Mrs. Hinkle to get more information about the trip. Contact Mrs. Sahnow to sign up for the marathon fundraiser.
April AIMs
April AIMs meetings are happening this month. These meetings are a good time to discuss promotion requirements, level changes, and any other questions/concerns you may have. April AIMs are optional for many of you. You’ll be notified by your AD if they need to schedule a meeting with you. If you desire to meet with your AD, you are encouraged to sign up for a meeting by scheduling with them directly.
