Mar 16, 2026
Hello ACE families,
Due to spring break, there will not be 4th Week Homework Club next week. Academic Deans will be finalizing Term 2 report cards over the break, so make sure you get any missing work to your teachers as soon as possible (check w/ them for their deadline). Term 3 begins April 7.
Pre-Registration for next year has begun. To hold your place, please complete the registration link sent to your ACE email account. If you didn’t receive your registration link, let me know so that can be re-sent.
St. Patrick’s Day is Tuesday, March 17. Students may wear green accessories with their regular Tuesday uniform (sorry, no pinching students not wearing green!).
ACE Info Night
Do you know families interested in learning more about ACE or registering for the next school year? If so, please invite them to attend one of our upcoming Info Nights on Thursday, March 19 or April 23, 6:30 p.m.
ACE East Coast Trip & Fundraiser
We are starting to plan the 2027 trip to Philadelphia and D.C. Dialectic 4 & Rhetoric students, including those joining Rhetoric next year, can begin raising funds by working at the Eugene Marathon water station. We need students and parents for this fun and exciting fundraiser. Registration ends April 1. Sign up for the fundraiser here.
Leprechaun Traps
Turn in leprechaun traps by Tuesday, March 17 to have your trap entered into the House Team competition. The trap with the most votes will win the Leprechaun Crown! There will be prizes for all participants.
Spring Break Reading Contest
The Sluggo’s Home Run Reading Challenge begins this week. Reading forms are attached to the HLAs. Please return the reading form to your Academic Dean on Week 22 (right after spring break). Students earn two free EM’s baseball ticket vouchers for reading over spring break!
April AIMs
April AIMs meetings are happening next month. These meetings are a good time to discuss promotion requirements, level changes, and any other questions/concerns you may have. April AIMs are optional for many of you. You’ll be notified by your AD if they need to schedule a meeting with you. If you desire to meet with your AD, you are encouraged to sign up for a meeting by scheduling with them directly.

Club sign-ups do not roll over from term to term, so you must sign up again to participate. Clubs do not begin until Week 23 (not the week right after spring break, but the following week). Term 3 Clubs will conclude on Tuesday, Week 27, May 19.
